Important information
The FTTH service can be deferred temporary while you are absent (maximum 6 months per year of absence). Before making use of this stand-by mode must the FTTH service have been used after installation for at least two full calendar months. The provision always takes place at the end of a calendar month. Activation on the 1st working day of the desired month. A one-time fee of 15.00 euros plus IGIC/IVA will be charged for each use of the service (activation and deactivation).
The minimum term is 3 months. After that, the contract is automatically extended for a further month unless terminated in writing. Termination must be made at least 4 weeks before the end of the agreed contract period. The termination must be in written form by mail or e-mail.
