Important information
The 4G Unlimited tariff can be deferred temporary while you are absent (maximum 6 months per year of absence). You can request the deferment by sending us a written notification. The provision always takes place at the end of a calendar month. Activation on the 1st working day of the desired month. A one-time fee of 15.00 euros plus IGIC/IVA will be charged for each use of the service (activation and deactivation).
The 4G Unlimited tariff can be cancelled by writing and it has to be 4 weeks before the month ends. The termination must be in written form by mail or e-mail.
